Littleton Horse Camp - Camp Host Calendar
Littleton Horse Camp, located on the Olympic Peninsula, is a beautiful 6-8 site camp. See attached camp and trail description. It's a fabulous place to spend some time with friends and horses. This camp was developed by the Mt. Olympus chapter years ago and we'd really like to keep this camp open for horses and well maintained. Keeping a BCHW presence there over the summer will assure our interest to do so to the National Forest Service.
We need folks to host this camp for the coming summer months. Weekend hosting is preferable, because that's when there are most likely recreation campers coming in, but mid-week may also be helpful depending on your schedule.

The entire summer (June-August) is open for host sign-ups, and we hope to get a hosting calendar on the Peninsula website soon, but until then, if you want to host the camp, please let us know what dates you would like to be there by replying to this email. I will collect your name and host dates for posting to the website later. Once up on the website, anyone wishing to camp there or host can find out if the dates are open and/or who will be there.
While this is a new thing for Peninsula Chapter and there may be some stumbles along the way, I think this is also a great opportunity to establish a dedicated interest in this beautiful horse camp while helping out and having fun.
