Littleton Horse Camp - Camp Host Calendar

Greetings! I hope you have landed here looking for information on being a Camp Host at Littleton Horse Camp. The following are links to documents that explain what a host does and helpful information to take along with you:

Below you will find a Google Calendar that shows the dates that are already spoken for.

We had a great Zoom call in June with Forester Elizabeth Cusanelli of the Forks Ranger District. We recorded that call, where Liz spelled out what they are looking for in a host as well as the 'dos and don'ts.' Chapter members also asked a lot of questions, so I think you will find it covers most things you may have wondered about. We will be adding a link to the recording soon for anyone looking to watch it and gain a better view of what hosting entails.

The host does not need to be in camp all the time. Have fun! Ride your horse and enjoy the area. When you are in camp, answer questions that campers may ask and politely try to keep things orderly. The links above point all that out.

Peninsula Chapter is proud to take this on in order to maintain Littleton as a Horse Camp. It is such a great resource for the equine community. Please keep in mind that there is no potable water at Littleton. There is horse water available, which is hauled in by volunteers. This is an act of love and such an important luxury to have available. We are open to any and all suggestions to improve the experience for all.
