5-5-22  OAT Milepost 2 Bridge OPEN

The Olympic Adventure Trail bridge at Milepost 2.0 has been replaced and is OPEN for equestrians, bicyclists and hikers.  Work was completed on May 5, 2022, as a result of collaborative efforts between Clallam County and Back Country Horsemen of Washington Peninsula Chapter.  Tap here for the story...

3-18-22  OAT Whiskey Creek Horse Trail OPEN

The Olympic Adventure Trail horse trail crossing at Whiskey Creek is OPEN.   Clallam County work leader Tanner Boggs announced this morning that the equestrian trail section at Whiskey Creek on the Olympic Adventure Trails is open for use.  Thank you to all the volunteers that contributed working days for the repair.  The County is also working with the Back Country Horsemen on evaluating construction of a stock bridge across Whiskey Creek in the future.  If you have any questions, you can contact Steve Gray, Clallam County Transportation Program Manager, at 360-417-2290.
